The Idea
The stand-alone sequel to Searching, the campaign for Missing allowed us to renew the hype for the more 'on- screen' format of filmmaking.
The Execution
The campaign aligned with the early push for YouTube shorts in 2022 allowing us to create bespoke content for the UK using the talent and filmmakers for vertical formats. We backed the content up with longer form videos to sit on the main channel, purposefully editing the content in a way that sits well organically on YouTube.
Learnings
It was incredibly fun to come up with the motion graphics style that sat inline with the movie's branding as well as editing videos with a more comedic style to show off the cast and crew's personality.
